Hey! Teachers! Leave them kids alone…!

On my travels, I love visiting the local village schools, to see the country´s future. More often than not, I find smiling faces of happy pupils, regardless of the political/economical outlook of the country. Here are some photographs from my archives plus quotes of wise (wo)men.

  1. This is such an incredible post ~ the writing and photography. There is nothing quite like seeing and experiencing a new culture, new town/city/country than through the lives of the children and their surroundings. For me, the best quote you have here: “I never teach my pupils, I only attempt to provide the conditions in which they can learn.” ― Albert Einstein. It provides both guidance and freedom for the young, great minds.
